Fees

  • PLN 750 – active participation (including a certificate of active participation) - conference materials, publication in the monograph, coffee breaks, lunch and gala dinner
  • PLN 550 – passive participation with publication (including a certificate of participation) - conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch and gala dinner
  • PLN 500 – passive participation (including a certificate of participation) - conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch, and gala dinner (for doctoral students: active participation with publication, including a certificate of participation, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch and gala dinner)
  • PLN 400 – passive participation for doctoral students - conference materials, coffee breaks and lunch
  • PLN 350 – publication of a monograph chapter without congress participation (applies to materials accepted for publication)

The fee corresponds to the actual costs, and all payments are used solely to cover the organisational expenses of the event.

Upon request, participants may receive a receipt confirming the payment (VAT invoices are not issued).

Bank transfer details will be generated automatically in each participant’s user account.

Schedule:

  • Congress registration deadline: until 31 July 2025 (extended until 20 August 2025)
  • Congress fee payment deadline: until 31 August 2025 (extended until 20 September 2025)
  • Deadline for submitting presentation titles and abstracts: until 31 August 2025
  • Notification of paper acceptance: by 15 September 2025

Logistical Information

Public Transport in Wrocław

Bus/tram

To reach the University of Wrocław campus at Koszarowa Street, it is most convenient to take bus lines A (from the Dworzec Główny (Dworcowa) stop), 116, or 119. The stops located closest to the venues of the first and second day of the Congress are Koszarowa Uniwersytet (request stop) and Koszarowa.

Alternatively, you may take tram lines 11 (from Dworzec Główny), 6, or 23 to the Kromera stop, and then walk from the tram terminal to: Koszarowa Street – approximately 15 minutes or Piotra Czajkowskiego Street– approximately 25 minutes.

In all Wrocław buses and trams, tickets can be purchased only using a contactless payment card. At some stops, ticket vending machines are also available, where you can buy a traditional paper ticket.

Private Transport

Participants arriving by private transport will be provided with parking spaces at both venues of the Congress.
