Dear Sir or Madam,

on behalf of the organisers, we are pleased to invite you to participate in the 3rd Congress of Security Sciences, which will be held in Wrocław on 22–23 October 2025. The main theme of the third edition of the Congress is: “14 Years of Security Sciences: Opportunities, Challenges and Development Pathways”.

This year’s Congress will be hosted by two academic institutions in Wrocław — the University of Wrocław and the General Tadeusz Kościuszko Military University of Land Forces.

The Congress of Security Sciences is a recurring nationwide academic event that facilitates the exchange of views on the theoretical and practical dimensions of security research. The participation of representatives from leading academic centers, experts from state institutions dealing with security issues – including members of uniformed services – and specialists from analytical centers will foster integration and help identify the needs and challenges facing the field of security sciences. The event is also aimed at doctoral candidates and students from universities offering programs in various areas of security studies.
